Is there a Elle MacPherson Skin Care Line? The Australian super model was better known as ‘The Body’. These days Elle MacPherson is more into being healthy and strong with plenty of energy. And she needs to be because the 52-year-old model come businesswoman leads an extremely busy life juggling business with being a wife and mother.
However, part of her successful beauty and anti aging routine is to simply ensure that she also takes enough time out each day to relax and focus on priorities.
That way she avoids feeling and getting stressed. Like she says, when you feel stressed you also invariably look stressed and stress is a major contributor to making you look older than you are.
Elle is also a great believer in exfoliation – she does her face at least once a day and her whole body twice a day. She uses a body brush, which is great for boosting circulation, then moisturizes. Religiously.
Elle also admits to mixing moisturizer with sand when at the beach then rubbing that onto her skin before washing it off in the sea! But the result is silky soft skin, so important when it comes to fighting off the effects of aging.
Having spent the greater part of her life living in sunny climates and neglecting sun protection, Elle’s one piece of advice to people growing up in the same environment is – use sunscreen. Always! Today, with her love of the great outdoors she makes sure she’s wearing SPF 50+, a hat and protective clothing.
With respect to make up, Elle is an acknowledged master of the clean, natural look. She’s never been a big make up fan and when she’s not working, rarely uses anything other than a good moisturizing cream. When she does need to ‘dress up’, she simply adds a bit of eye make up with a clear or light toned lip-gloss.
Diet is vitally important to Elle, so much so that she’s created her own line of health supplements, which she herself uses daily. And for exercise, she prefers doing things she enjoys, like playing sports, walking, cycling, swimming and so on. All typically Australian in other words!!

Can you hear the comments? “You look gorgeous and SO much younger. What’s your secret?”

One of the few things in life that we can rely on with absolute certainty is the fact that from the second we’re born, we start to age. And as the years roll by the signs of aging pile up.
Those fine lines around your mouth, nose and forehead, the crows feet that radiate out from the corners of your eyes, the wrinkles that crease your forehead, the sagging skin on your neck…. All those are devastatingly telltale signs that your skin has started to lose the suppleness and elasticity of youth.
