The German born supermodel refers to herself as being low maintenance when it comes to skin care and make up routines! Unlike most celebrities, she admits to not having a beauty routine and also claims that one of her biggest beauty products is her sunglasses. The mother of 4 though is still gracing the covers of magazines looking stunning with her flawless complexion and slim, youthful figure.
The mornings in her household start instead with fresh fruit and carrot smoothies. No powders or pre-mixes here! During the day she also makes sure she drinks plenty of water along with minimally processed lean proteins, high fiber foods, salads and healthy fats. Dinner is often accompanied by a glass of whole milk and sugar is off the menu.
Heidi does however admit to using some skin care products, notably a low perfume moisturizer. Although she doesn’t go overboard with it. Even when pregnant with each of her 4 children, she didn’t use excessive amounts of moisturizer and unbelievably has no stretch marks! Staying out of the sun and religiously using sunscreen are another two of her tips for maintaining youthful looking skin.
For exercise, she mostly runs. Three to four times a week, 52 weeks of the year. To spice it up a bit she adds some cardio and circuit training. The secret to maintaining this regime is to make it fun and interesting she says. That and making sure your outfits are ‘cute’ because that makes you feel a lot better about yourself.

Can you hear the comments? “You look gorgeous and SO much younger. What’s your secret?”
“That’s impossible!” you say, thinking regretfully about the years of neglect and haphazard skin care that have visibly taken their toll on your skin. A toll that’s going to be well nigh impossible to reverse, much as you wish differently.
But ….
What if we were to tell you that it absolutely is possible to bid farewell to those irritating signs of aging that give away your age? To restore your skin back to its former healthy, smooth, youthful glory and give you back the confidence in your looks that glowing, young-looking skin brings!
One of the few things in life that we can rely on with absolute certainty is the fact that from the second we’re born, we start to age. And as the years roll by the signs of aging pile up.
Those fine lines around your mouth, nose and forehead, the crows feet that radiate out from the corners of your eyes, the wrinkles that crease your forehead, the sagging skin on your neck…. All those are devastatingly telltale signs that your skin has started to lose the suppleness and elasticity of youth.
