When it comes to Margot Robbie skincare tips the Australian actress has a few ‘interesting’ ones. Known for her slightly tanned albeit flawless complexion and naturally rosy cheeks, you could be forgiven for thinking she spends hours on her beauty regime but you’d be wrong. It is in fact surprisingly simple and most of what she uses costs less than $100. The only truly luxurious ie expensive products she buys are La Prairie skin and eye creams. She does however have a few unusual products and make up accessories that she swears by.
Her next unusual tip is a $10 grocery store cream for dry skin that she uses instead of lip balm. Why? Because she believes that lip balms are manufactured to dry lips out so you have to keep buying them. It’s a conspiracy theory ‘thing’ she has going!
Apart from these quirks, Margot also uses a good quality moisturizer and eye cream that she applies daily. She also isn’t averse to a facial mist but isn’t keen on serums because she finds her skin often reacts badly to them. There is always a bottle of one of her favorite toners in her luggage too. In fact, her day typically starts with toner that she applies whilst she’s showering.
That’s followed by a good exfoliation then a moisturizer – she has a favorite Australian made one that is perfect for starting out the day. If she’s got things planned, she’ll then begin adding make up but her preference is to not wear very much at all if she can avoid it.
Quite often just a tinted moisturizer is all she needs. At night, the make up is always removed; she refuses to go to bed with it on. She’ll then tone again before applying her more expensive skin and eye creams for the night.
Surprisingly considering her excellent figure, exercise is another thing Margot doesn’t do a lot of! She does love dancing though and will often try to fit dance classes into her routine. Apart from that, she’d prefer to play a game of tennis or some type of sports with friends. Plus she believes an extra hour of sleep, which is an integral part of her skincare routine, is more beneficial than spending an hour at the gym!
