Glucosamine became popular because of its ability to build cartilage and its possible ability to treat osteoarthritis. Taking Antioxidant Supplements for Aging
These supplements vary in form and are sometimes combined with other components that may not work for the aging process. You then have to check which one works for you and which one will be best-suited for the particular aging ailment you want to combat.
