Sam Williams is a writer, wannabe novelist, keen amateur photographer, and health nut. He’s also particularly fond of trekking holidays, and has a habit of dragging his long-suffering family with him. Along the way, he gets to sample many of the local delicacies and whilst some them may not be as healthy as he’d like, he figures it’s a sacrifice he needs to make in the interests of quality in-depth research.
